STRENGTH, COURAGE & LOVE

Why these 3 words?
Because like all of us who battle mental illness…

I have had to be stronger than I ever thought possible to make it through all my days, the good, the bad and the damn right awful! I’ve had to find the STRENGTH when all I wanted to was give up… but I found the STRENGTH.

I have had to draw on all my COURAGE to be able to find the will to fight my mind when it was not being very kind. To be courageous in my battle so that I could go on and help others find their own COURAGE to fight!

I have had to learn to LOVE myself and until I did that I had to draw on the LOVE that was being given to me by friends and family!

That LOVE gave me the STRENGTH, COURAGE & LOVE I needed to get to where I am today!
