Our camps aim to empower young people who have a range of mental health conditions, some of which include suicidal idealization and self-harm, with a stronger sense of self- awareness and self-belief. 

Our camp program uses targeted activities and story-sharing sessions based on narrative therapy and a strengths-based approach to investigate and assist in individual responses to suicide and suicide bereavement in order to improve resilience techniques.​​ We encourage anyone between the age of 17- 30 years old to come along to our camps, as we provide a variety of skills that focus on improving and

Our Youth Empowerment camps which are held every quarter are our main activity and are offered to young people who otherwise would not have had the opportunity to experience them. Young people are referred to us via word of mouth, local psychologists and council/community youth groups, with a growing interest from organisations such as the Whyalla Plaza Youth, Davoren Park Youth Centre and Uniting SA. Our aim is to provide twice that number from 2019 as well as tapping into the education sector to offer leadership camps to senior secondary students.

The delivery of our camps would not be possible without the generosity of our volunteers whose roles range from kitchen staff, team leaders and peer mentors. Our camps aim to empower young people who have a range of mental health conditions, some of which include suicidal ideation and self-harm, with a stronger sense of self-awareness and self-belief.
